Brand Deals
Track every brand deal from pitch to payment
Brand partnerships get messy fast: a fee in one chat, a deadline in an email, an invoice in a spreadsheet. Growth Studio keeps each deal in one pipeline with its fee, deliverables, deadlines, invoice, expenses and files, so you know what is due and what you are owed.
Brand Deals is included in the Free plan today, with no plan limit set yet. Unlimited active deals, branded invoices, the AI brief reader and usage-rights tracking are planned for paid plans. The paid plans (Growth Starter, Plus and Pro) are planned and not billable yet.

The problem
Deals fall apart in the details
Most missed payments and late posts come from details that lived in five places: what was agreed, when each piece is due, what has been sent and what has been paid. A single list of deals, each with its own checklist and invoice, removes the guesswork.
What you get
What you can do with Brand Deals
A pipeline from prospect to paid
Record each brand, the agreed fee, the platforms and the deadline, and move the deal through its stages. Prospects and clients are kept separate.
Deliverables with deadlines
Break a deal into the posts and edits you owe, give each a due date, see them on a calendar and get reminders.
Invoices as a PDF or share link
Create an invoice with your logo and send it as a PDF or a link. You record the payments you receive yourself.
Expenses and estimated profit
Log what a deal cost you, attach receipts, and see an estimated profit per deal. These are figures you enter, not bank data.
Private files
Attach briefs, contracts and references to a deal. Files and receipts are private to you.
A portfolio that shows only what you publish
Choose which finished deals appear on a public page. Nothing is shown unless you publish it.
Unlimited active deals and branded invoices
Planned for paid plans: no cap on active deals, and invoices with your own branding.
AI brief reader and usage-rights tracking
Planned for paid plans: read a brief with AI and draft content from it (uses AI credits), and track licence terms and exclusivity per deliverable.
How it works
From setup to results
- Step 1
Add the deal
Enter the brand, the fee, the platforms and the deadline from your agreement.
- Step 2
List what you owe
Add each deliverable with a due date and tick them off as you publish.
- Step 3
Invoice and record payment
Send an invoice as a PDF or link, then record the payment when it arrives.
Straight answers
What to know first
So you know before you start.
- Brand Deals tracks what you enter. It doesn't collect payments, connect to brands' systems or fetch results from social platforms.
- Collecting payments through Growth Studio isn't available. You record payments yourself.
- Profit figures are estimates from the fees and expenses you enter. They aren't tax or accounting advice.
- Reminders to clients only go out if you turn them on.
- The deal shown on this page is made-up sample data, not a real brand or result.
