Lead capture
Collect emails from your bio link, with consent built in
Followers on a platform are borrowed. An email address or phone number from someone who agreed to hear from you is yours to keep. Your Growth Studio page has a sign-up form, and every lead records where it came from and whether the person agreed to be contacted.
| Name | Source | Status | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Priya S. | Bio page | New | Agreed |
| Daniel R. | Imported | Engaged | Agreed |
| Mei L. | Bio page | Customer | Agreed |
| Sam K. | Added by hand | New | Not recorded |
The problem
A link tap isn't a relationship
Most people who tap your bio link look around and leave. Without a way to stay in touch you can't tell them about a launch, a drop or a new episode. A short form with a clear promise turns some of those taps into a list, but only if people trust it, and that starts with asking permission.
What you get
How lead capture works
A required consent box
The sign-up button stays disabled until the visitor ticks the box, and each lead keeps a record of that consent in your list.
Email, phone or both
Choose what the form asks for. Whatever you ask for is required, so you don't collect half-filled entries.
Your headline and your offer
Write the headline, the button text and the incentive, such as a free guide or early access, so visitors know what they get.
A lead list with source and status
Every lead shows where it came from: your bio page, a CSV import, added by hand, or a comment-to-DM campaign. Mark each one New, Engaged, Customer or Lost, add notes, and record revenue yourself.
Spam protection
A hidden field that real visitors never see helps filter out simple bots.
CSV import
Bring in a list you already have. The Free plan holds up to 500 leads.
CSV export and a bigger list
Export your leads as a CSV and keep up to 5,000 of them on the planned paid plans.
Send leads to your tools
Sending new leads to Sheets, Mailchimp and CRMs is planned for Growth Pro.
How it works
From setup to results
- Step 1
Turn on the sign-up form
Switch it on in the bio page editor and choose email, phone or both.
- Step 2
Say what people get
Write a headline and button that promise something specific, then add an incentive if you have one.
- Step 3
Review your list
Open your leads, check each one's source and consent, and move people through New, Engaged, Customer or Lost.
Straight answers
What to know first
So you know before you start.
- You can set up comment-to-DM campaigns and preview the whole conversation today. Live sending isn't available: it needs Meta's messaging permissions and approval, and we haven't connected it. Nothing is sent to anyone.
- Growth Studio stores your leads and records consent. You decide what you send and are responsible for following the rules where your audience lives. See our Privacy Policy for how visitor data is handled.
- This is about collecting and organising leads. It doesn't promise opens, replies or sales.
- The paid plans (Growth Starter, Plus and Pro) are planned and not billable yet. Every account can try one paid plan free for 7 days, with no card.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Is the consent box really required?
Yes. On a Growth Studio page the sign-up button stays disabled until the box is ticked, and the consent is stored with the lead.
How many leads can I store?
Up to 500 on the Free plan. The planned paid plans allow up to 5,000.
Can I export my leads?
CSV export is part of the planned paid plans. You can import a CSV and delete any lead on every plan.
Can visitors sign up with a phone number?
Yes. The form can ask for an email address, a phone number or both, and whatever it asks for is required.
Does Growth Studio send Instagram DMs when someone comments?
Not yet. You can set up comment-to-DM campaigns and preview the whole conversation today. Live sending isn't available: it needs Meta's messaging permissions and approval, and we haven't connected it. Nothing is sent to anyone.
