For fitness trainers
Link in bio for fitness trainers
Your followers want to try a class, buy a plan or ask a question. One page can hold the schedule, the program, the free starter workout and a way to reach you.
The problem
Followers who want to start, and can't find how
A link list with ten unlabeled buttons loses people. Use section headings to group links into Classes, Programs and Free, and put your best-selling program first as a featured link.
What goes on your page
Built around how fitness trainers work
Class and session booking
Embed a booking calendar or add a Book a call button, so a visitor can reserve a trial session.
Programs with prices
Add product and download buttons for your plans, with the price shown. They link to your own checkout.
A free starter workout
Offer it through the sign-up form. Visitors give a consent tick, and you keep their details as leads.
Grouped links
Section headings split the page into Classes, Programs and Free, so a visitor finds the right button at a glance.
How it works
From an empty page to a live link
- Step 1
Make your page
Pick a theme, add your photo and a line about what you do, then add your first links. The editor shows a live phone preview.
- Step 2
Add what people look for
Use the cards above as a checklist. Group links under headings and put the most important one first.
- Step 3
Share it and watch what happens
Put the link or QR code in your bio and stories. Use story links to compare posts, and read views, clicks and sign-ups on your overview.
Straight answers
What it doesn't do
So you know before you start.
- Growth Studio doesn't process payments. Product, download and service buttons open your own store or checkout, and the buyer pays there.
- It is a link page, not a hosted store: there is no cart or inventory.
- You can set up and preview comment-to-DM offers today. Live sending depends on Meta approving our app, so it isn't available yet.
- On iPhone, a web page can't make Instagram's built-in browser open your page elsewhere. Visitors see a short prompt that tells them how.
- The Free plan is one bio page with up to 5 links and a sign-up form. Featured links with pictures, scheduling, booking and price buttons, analytics, country rules and more are on paid plans, which are planned and not billable yet. A 7-day free trial lets you try them.
FAQ
Questions from fitness trainers
Can I split my links into groups?
Yes. Add a section heading, like Classes or Programs, anywhere in your list. A heading is only a title, so it doesn't count toward your link limit.
Can people book a trial class?
Yes. Embed a Calendly, Cal.com or Google Calendar booking page on the page, or add a Book a call button that opens it.
Do I get a QR code for my gym?
Yes. Each page has a QR code you can download as an image or SVG, and visits from it are counted as coming from a QR code.
